# “Detect coins in Telegram” Settings Zone

### Auto BUY from Telegram

If the Auto BUY from Telegram checkbox is enabled, automatic buying will be executed using the terminal’s main settings when a coin is detected in messages from your selected Telegram channels.

If the checkbox is disabled, automatic buying will be performed based on the Telegram strategies configured in the terminal when a coin is detected in your selected channels.

You must configure the Moonbot connection to the Telegram channel from which you plan to receive buy signals.

### Detect by Token

If the Detect by Token option is selected, the search is performed based on the coin token (coin name).

#### Lowercase letters

If the Lowercase letters checkbox is enabled, the token search is performed using lowercase letters.

### Detect by Full Link

If the Detect by Full Link option is selected, the search is based on a token included in the full exchange link.

For example, for the BTC coin — if full link detection is set, Moonbot will only buy the coin if the message contains a direct link to that coin. On the Gate exchange, such a link looks like 🔗 https://www.gate.io/ru/trade/BTC_USDT.

If token detection is selected instead, Moonbot will buy the coin when it detects the word BTC surrounded by spaces, quotes, hyphens, etc., such as “BTC-USDT”, “BTC_USDT”, “$BTC”, and similar variants.

⚠️ Use token detection with caution! Some coin names, such as START (Startcoin) and TIME (Chronobank), are excluded from auto-detection, but other cases may occur where regular English words may be mistakenly interpreted by Moonbot as coin names.

### Advanced filter

If the Advanced filter option is selected, you must configure the necessary parameters in the Signal detection rules zone below.

### Dont Buy Forwards

If the Dont Buy Forwards checkbox is enabled, the terminal will ignore forwarded signals and no purchase will be executed.

### Dont Buy Reply

If the Dont Buy Reply checkbox is enabled, the terminal will ignore reply-type messages and will not execute purchases based on them.
