Strategy Types

The Moonbot terminal currently supports 21 different types of strategies, each distinguished by its detection method and specific use case:

For example, the Telegram strategy is used for automated trading based on Telegram signals. In this case, the MoonBot terminal reads buy signals from the connected Telegram channel and executes trades automatically according to the selected strategy’s settings.


Strategies can be used for fully automated trading, where the Moonbot terminal independently opens and closes trades based on your predefined parameters.


They can also be used as an auxiliary tool for manual trading — instead of executing trades, they open coin charts when specific detection conditions are met, alerting you to a potential trading opportunity. In this case, the chart can be opened either in the main terminal window or in a separate chart window, and you decide whether to buy or sell.


Manual strategies enhance manual trading by offering more flexible order placement settings — including single or multiple orders, stop-loss, trailing, and other conditions that would be hard to configure manually without strategies.


Different strategy types can operate independently, run individually or in groups, or be linked — where one strategy (Master) launches others (Slave) using triggers when specific conditions are met.
