### Kernel refactoring

- Detects, alerts, Watcher, strategy filters — everything is now computed in the kernel; the client only receives info
- RunDetectOnKernel parameter removed.

### Auto / Strategies

- New SellByFiltersDelay parameter — on exit from sell-filters, first move the sell-order once to the current market price; after N seconds enable PanicSell if the position hasn't closed (0 — disabled); respects PriceDownAllowedDrop and DontSellBelowLiq
- 5-sec delta (based on AvgPrice, spikes ignored)
- 1-minute arbitrage delta (spikes mostly ignored)
- Delta is calculated across all exchanges selected in settings
- New deltas and MarkPriceDelta added to the report
- Added MShotAddArbRange, MShotAdd5sDelta — shot adjustments based on the new deltas
- Watcher: detect lines clear automatically after 24h, and manually after strategies are stopped.

### Fixes

- Bybit: error 110074 handling; fast leverage loading on startup
- Bitget: spot trades
- Binance: faster leverage switching when the max order size changes (delays up to a minute possible); futures liquidations fix
- Arbitrage: prices in non-USD bots are recalculated using the base currency rate.
